Welcome to the first ever Ugly Floor Contest by Carpet World of Fargo, North Dakota.
2018 marks the 50th year of service by Carpet World to this area. In celebration, we are providing you with an opportunity to receive $500 off the cost of new floor covering for the ugliest room in your home.
OFFICIAL RULES
Until June 30th, we are asking any Red River Valley residents to submit a picture of their ugliest floor in their house for a chance to win $500 to be used towards new flooring from Carpet World of Fargo.
All photo submissions must be sent to this address: CarpetWorldFargo@gmail.com to be officially entered. All contestants are allowed to submit multiple images and entries. Please remember your name & address on all emails. Entries are only allowed between May 15, 2018 and June 30, 2018. The top submissions will be posted to the Carpet World Fargo Facebook Page for users to like, comment, and vote on their favorites. The photos will also be available for view at our store for those who are not on social media and votes will be recorded there. On August 15, 2018, with the input of our Facebook fans and customers, Carpet World Fargo will pick the ugliest floor and winner of a $500 gift certificate to be used towards new flooring.
Fine Print
The winner will receive a free field measurement of the intended project. Contest winner must be the owner of the property where the gift certificate is to be used. The new floor installation must be in the area of eastern North Dakota or northwestern Minnesota. Winner agrees to pay any monetary difference after the $500 gift certificate is applied to purchase. Sales tax, installation of new flooring or removal of the floor being replaced is not included in the $500 gift certificate. The final choice is the sole decision of Carpet World Fargo based on the procedure above and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
